Timothy J. Halloran is an accomplished computer scientist and software engineer. In his service to the US Air Force, Lieutenant Colonel Halloran led large teams to create mission critical applications, and received numerous Meritorious Service Medals and other honors.
Mr. Halloran is a dedicated researcher and teacher. He has 11 published papers and technical reports, with a focus on software engineering and assurance. For the last three years, Mr. Halloran served as an instructor of computer science at the Air Force Institute of Technology.
Mr. Halloran is nearing the completion of his PhD in software engineering at Carnegie Mellon University. His research focuses on practical artifact analysis — direct positive assurance of software properties by examination of a system’s code. Mr. Halloran previously earned his BS in Computer Science from the Air Force Academy and his MS in Computer Engineering from the Air Force Institute of Technology.
